Avernè aims to dispatch all orders within 4 days. Once the order is disptched, it usually takes 1 week for it to arrive at your door. To give our customers the premium tailoring experience, all our shirts are made from scratch after the order is placed, hence the slightly long dispatch time.

If your shirt arrives defective, Avernè will gladly offer a full refund or a free exchange with no shipping fees. Since every order is carefully inspected and photographed before leaving our warehouse, we may not be able to accept returns for damage that occurs after delivery.

We encourage all customers to take accurate measurements before placing an order. As Avernè shirts are custom-made, we cannot accept returns for change of mind or sizing issues. However, if a mistake occurs in tailoring and your shirt arrives in the wrong size, we’ll gladly provide a full refund. For guidance, please refer to the sizing instructions above.

As highlighted throughout our website, we are a proud Australian-based international business. Our design and procurement team works from Italy, while the majority of our tailoring is carried out in India. Our orders are directly dispatched from India using FedEX Courier Service.
